The familiar guesthouse is situated in a sunny and quiet position on the edge of the village.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In Sautens you can find a bank and ATM, a small food shop, a pizzeria, some pubs and restaurants.<\/p>\n

Whether you prefer summer or winter, the holiday region Oetztal is always an ideal destination if you would like to use your vacations not only to relax, but also for hiking, biking, rafting and skiing, cross-country skiing or other activities. The skiing areas S\u00f6lden, K\u00fchtai you can reach on 45 min driving, but Hochoetz only by 10 min. Also St.Anton and Ladis-Fiss are not far away. Rafting you can start in our village, more fun from water you can get on Area 47.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We offer five holiday flats for two to five guests, which are cosy and furnished in a rustic style. <\/strong><\/p>\n

The apartments offer a fully equipped kitchen & living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet, satellite TV and a balcony with table and chairs.<\/p>\n

The furnishing includes bed linen and towels as well as kitchen equipment such as coffee maker, cooker with baking oven, partly also dishwasher and microwave.<\/p>\n

All our apartments are non-smoking, but of course, you may smoke on the balcony or on the terrace.<\/p>\n

Our guests can use free WiFi.

You can use electric car charger, 11kW, Type 2, within extra cost.<\/p>\n

Relax on the terrace or lying in our garden, admiring the beautiful view to the valley and listening gurgling of water on river Ache.<\/p>\n

We don’t accept any bank card payments, only cash, sorry!<\/p>\n
